14 days, unworn, in the original box.

Exchanges

If the size is wrong, message us within 14 days of delivery and we will swap it for another size, subject to stock. Inside Lagos we collect and redeliver; elsewhere you cover the return leg and we cover the one back to you.

Refunds

Unworn pairs returned within 14 days are refunded in full to the account you paid from, less the original delivery charge. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of the pair reaching us.

Faults

If something fails that should not have — a strap tears, a footbed separates — tell us. Manufacturing faults are covered for two years and we replace the pair.

What we cannot take back

• Pairs worn outdoors
• Pairs without the original box
• Anything past 14 days from delivery
